A 15 Story, 1,111 Unit Complex

A recent view of the massive project at 1001 S. Broad Street shows about 4 floors have gone up in addition to the service cores which extend a few levels higher. When it is complete, the sweeping project will encompass the entire block at the northeast corner of Broad Street and Washington Avenue.

The structure will rise 15 stories high and be broken up into a series of ‘L’ shaped towers. Multiple commercial spaces will be located on the ground floor, fronting both Broad Street and Washington Avenue. The upper floors will hold an astounding 1,111 residential units. Designed by the BKV Group, the entire complex will span 1,516,218 square feet of space and cost nearly $306 million to build.
