  • Commission Details: If your home enters a contract after our 30-day guarantee period, the full commission is due to the buyer's agent. However, our listing side commission will be reduced by 50%.

  • Exceptions: Due to the longer average days on market, the guarantee period for Condos and HOA’s is 60 days.

  • About Offers: Any offers received within the guarantee window but accepted post-deadline will still be considered fulfilling our guarantee.
